We are currently looking to expand our team with a Sales Manager for Private Labeling, PCD Franchise, OEM, and Third-Party Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and develop relationships with potential clients for private labeling, OFM, and third-party manufacturing.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.
Negotiation & Sales: Lead negotiations with clients, providing quotes, contracts, and terms for private labeling and third-party manufacturing services.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver sales reports, performance analysis, and feedback to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned region and market segments.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelors or Master’s degree (like -BA/MBA/B-Pharma/B.Sc.)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the pharma or healthcare industry, with a focus on private labeling, contract manufacturing, and third-party manufacturing.
Strong understanding of the Ayurvedic industry and healthcare market.
Proven track record of successfully closing sales and managing high-value accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
