Method:

  • Wash all the herbs and ingredients well.
  • Add the water to a pan and boil it.
  • Add Tulsi leaves, ginger, turmeric, giloy, and black pepper to the boiling water.
  • Let it simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes until the water reduces to half.
  • Strain the liquid into a cup.
  • Add honey or jaggery if you want some sweetness (add only after cooling slightly).
  • Drink this warm once or twice a day for best results.
